Vishnusahasranama

Dhruvah: One who is unaffected by Time, Unchanging, Permanent.

Dhruvah means stable, fixed, permanent, unaffected by time.

The Supreme Lord is the creator of this Universe, He is always stable and unchanged.

ye tv akṣaram anirdeśyam avyaktaṁ paryupāsate

sarvatra-gam acintyaṁ ca kūṭa-stham acalaṁ dhruvam

sanniyamyendriya-grāmaṁ sarvatra sama-buddhayaḥ

te prāpnuvanti mām eva arva-bhūta-hite ratāḥ (BG 12.3-4)

But those who fully worship the unmanifested, that which lies beyond the perception of the senses, the all-pervading, inconceivable, fixed, and immovable—the impersonal conception of the Absolute Truth-by controlling the various senses and being equally disposed to everyone, such persons, engaged in the welfare of all, at last achieve Me.

The Supreme Lord remains unchanged, He is permanent, stable and is unaffected by Time as He is Time and is it’s controller.

Lets chant the Holy Name and seek to remain fixed in His devotional service and remain unchanged in our service by showing unalloyed and stable service at all times.
