The lord by His illusinary potency Maya, the conditioned sould, Jivatmas engage themselves in fruitive activites.
We the conditioned souls are bound by Mayadevi. By her effect we are busy perfoming tasks called as work, which is nothing but a fruitive activity. We are busy chasing material benefits which provide the so called satisfaction, but in reality it never does. We consider ourselves the Karas or the doer of all these activities and take pride in all that we do. But, the real doer or the Kritih is the Supreme Personality of Godhead- Krishna.
Not a blade of grass moves without His will.
