Krishna is the father of all living entitites. He is the abode of all the Prajas. The Supreme Lord is the creator of all the living entities and He is also the resting place for all the entities.
Sarvaah Prajaah Yatsakaashaad Udbhavanti sa Prajaabhavah – The One from all beings have originated said Adi Sankaracharya.
The normal process of evolution is for a form from lower or primitive stage to grow to higher form. But, Lord has created the higher form such as Brahma first and then the lesser forms have been created like the humans, animals, birds and so on.
