Desi Gir Cow Ghee- Hand Churned
Using the ancient process of Bi Directional Hand Churning to increase its medicinal properties. Ethically prepared from enzyme rich yogurt of Indian Gir Cow. 40 litres of A2 milk is converted to yogurt in preparing 1 litre of Pure Desi Ghee. With this initiate, we aim to preserve our Indian cow breeds and support communities working around it.
